When will my order ship?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed with Economy or Standard shipping will ship within 1–3 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days.
What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is processed?
Once your JimmySanders.com order has been processed, you cannot make changes. For assistance, please call our Customer Assistance representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org
If I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your recent JimmySanders.com order, we will gladly accept the return of items that are in new condition and have not been worn, washed, or altered.
Is there a charge for making a return?
No. We will provide a postage-paid return label free of charge.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Customer satisfaction is our goal at JimmySanders.com. Please contact our Customer Assistance representatives at email@example.com and we will replace the item.
Can I see a record of my JimmySanders.com transactions?
Customers who register for an account can easily access their Order History, with all details regarding past purchases and status of pending orders.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
